LVMH Fragrance Brands is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Director to design and drive the Total Rewards strategy across the Maison. You will ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and payroll balance in alignment with Group policies.

Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will lead a small team, manage global compensation policy, governance, and data reporting, and partner with executive leadership on strategic workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Higher education with specialization in Compensation & Benefits and 12+ years of experience.
• Experience in C&B within international and matrixed environments.
• Advanced Excel modeling and payroll familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy global compensation policy (base, short-term incentive, LTI, benefits).
• Manage job architecture / JobMap and ensure internal equity.
• Set compensation targets and salary grids; oversee annual ICR and bonus policy.
• Oversee long-term incentive and expatriation programs; mobility and departures.
• Oversee payroll reliability (France & International) and budget control.
• Produce headcount and cost data for COMEX; support workforce planning.
