Egis en France is looking for a Total Rewards Intern to support the Global Reward team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to global reward processes, data analysis, and governance. Responsibilities include assisting in the annual pay cycle, pay transparency initiatives, and conducting salary surveys.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, has strong organizational skills, and is fluent in English. Advanced Excel skills are necessary, and knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s level education (M1/M2) preferable in Compensation & Benefits.
• Fluent in English; all presentations will be in English.
• Experience in HR roles related to compensation is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare annual salary review campaign for 20,000 employees.
• Support the project to implement EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Conduct salary surveys and benchmark analyses.
