You will assist in salary reviews, contribute to pay transparency projects, and collaborate with regional HR teams. The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources and possesses strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple topics simultaneously.

• Support annual salary review campaign preparation.
• Contribute to the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Conduct salary surveys and benchmark analyses.
