Ledger is seeking a mid-level contractor for Total Rewards to support year-end compensation reviews and executive reporting. You will work with the Paris-based C&B expert, handling data pulls, modelling, and benchmarking to ensure accurate, auditable outputs.

Requirements include 4+ years in C&B, a quantitative degree, and advanced Excel. Proficiency with Workday and benchmarking tools is highly valued; English is required, French preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years+ in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
• C&B-specific experience required; broader HR analytics without C&B exposure is not sufficient.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred (Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent).
• Advanced Excel including pivot tables, scenario modelling, and large datasets.
• Experience with Workday for compensation cycle management is a strong plus.
• Experience with benchmarking tools and market data interpretation is expected.
• Ability to work autonomously from a defined brief with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Support year-end compensation review data preparation, validation, and population files.
• Model budgets, distribution curves, and merit matrices with auditable outputs.
• Produce clean tables and data panels for board/executive reporting with precise footnotes.
• Assist with bonus plan design reviews, including slide decks and payout range modelling.
• Support ad hoc projects on job architecture and market benchmarking analytics.
