Metyis is seeking a Technology Service Delivery Director to lead end-to-end technology services in our global GBS framework, ensuring stable, SLA-driven IT operations across applications, platforms and infrastructure. This role oversees internal teams, external vendors, and client technology functions to drive value and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
• 10–15 years of proven experience in technology service delivery and IT operations.
• Strong ITIL-based service management and SLA governance experience.
• Experience with senior stakeholders and client-facing communication.
• Knowledge of cloud, platform, and managed services models.
• Experience in global/shared services environments.
• Ability to lead automation and service transformation initiatives.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end technology service delivery within the GBS operating model.
• Oversee integrated technology services across internal teams, external vendors, and client tech functions.
• Lead IT service management processes including incident, request, problem, change, and escalation.
• Act as primary operational interface for client IT and business stakeholders; lead governance meetings and reports.
• Identify and drive automation and continuous improvement using service metrics and insights.
• Support transition and onboarding of new services into the GBS organization.
• Contribute to evolution of the Technology operating model with governance frameworks.
• Mentor and grow technology service capabilities and team design.
