Jobtailor in France is seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to oversee client commitments and drive performance across delivery teams. You will ensure SLA compliance, lead service committees, and present metrics to stakeholders.

The role requires deep IT infrastructure knowledge and experience coordinating internal teams and external partners (RUN organizations) to deliver reliable services for clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in service delivery or related roles.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructures and operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
