NTT DATA, Inc. in Paris is seeking a seasoned Managed Services Client Delivery Specialist to oversee end-to-end delivery of contracted services across client environments.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met and service profitability is achieved. The role requires strong program and project management, ITIL familiarity, and excellence in client communication, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business or related field.
• Relevant ITIL certification preferred.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure services are delivered according to defined SLAs and service definitions.
• Serve as primary client contact for inquiries, escalations and feedback.
• Understand client needs to tailor required services.
• Ensure delivery excellence and contract profitability for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents and maintain service quality.
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements.
• Develop account plans to enhance engagement and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Oversee implementation of new services, upgrades and projects.
