Broadpin is seeking a Service Delivery Manager who acts as the primary liaison between operations and customers to ensure IT services meet agreed SLAs, objectives, resources, and quality.

The role focuses on defining service levels, maintaining client relationships, driving measurable targets, and leading incident communications with clients for timely resolutions and value delivery. This position offers remote-friendly arrangements and opportunities to work with international projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• 3-5 years of experience communicating with customers.
• Ability to act as consultant, adviser, customer advocate and project leader; assess customer feedback to facilitate improvements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define, document, agree, monitor, measure, report and review the level of IT services provided according to governance.
• Maintain and improve the relationship and communication with the customer and the internal organization.
• Ensure that specific and measurable targets are developed for all IT services.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction in alignment with the Service Delivery Manager.
• Oversee incident management processes, ensuring timely response and clear communication during disruptions.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships as main contact for escalations and opportunities to improve value deliverables.
• Implement best practices, SOPs, and processes contributing to efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
