EPEX SPOT is seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax strategy, governance, and advisory activities across jurisdictions. Reporting to the CFO, you will guide senior management, optimize tax opportunities, and ensure regulatory compliance in an international context.

This standalone role requires strong technical expertise, proactive risk management, and the ability to translate complex tax matters into practical business solutions.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in a Tax Manager position within a multinational environment

• Oversee corporate, indirect and withholding tax compliance across jurisdictions
• Maintain tax governance processes and controls
• Ensure transfer pricing compliance
• Manage tax reporting and documentation standards

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

• Support decision-making through proactive tax assessments and transfer pricing framework
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable plans
• Represent the company in interactions with tax authorities and external advisors
• Maintain robust tax documentation and record-keeping standards
• Promote tax awareness among stakeholders
• Drive finance transformation and SAP tax controls
