SANY Group is seeking a Tax Manager/Specialist to join our finance team in France. You will oversee VAT and CIT compliance, coordinate with external tax advisors, and support tax planning while aligning with local regulations.

The role requires collaboration with accounting during closings and delivering accurate tax reports. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in tax or accounting in a multinational setting, strong ERP and Excel skills, and fluency in French and English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 3–5 years of tax, accounting or finance experience, preferably in a multinational company or advisory firm.
• Solid understanding of VAT and CIT and general tax compliance.
• Familiarity with local tax regulations and keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation.
• Experience working with external tax advisors.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in French and English; Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with cross‑functional collaboration.

• Support the preparation and review of indirect and direct tax compliance (VAT and CIT).
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on tax filings and documentation.
• Monitor tax compliance and ensure accurate tax records.
• Stay updated on tax law changes and assess impact on the business.
• Assist in tax planning initiatives and provide support to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate communications with tax authorities as needed.
• Collaborate with accounting during month‑end and year‑end closing for tax accounting.
• Prepare tax reconciliations, schedules, and internal tax reports.
• Identify tax risks and escalate to management with solutions.
