Job summary

AXA Group Operations seeks a Senior Tax Expert to lead strategic tax initiatives and provide technical tax guidance across the Finance function. You will coordinate compliance, risk management, audits, and key projects, acting as a trusted partner to business units.

The role requires strong international tax expertise, managing complex tax issues, and driving governance across multiple jurisdictions. A Master’s degree and 5–7+ years of multinational experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive tax experience within a multinational corporation and/or leading tax advisory firm.
• Master’s degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tax compliance, risk management, audits and strategic tax projects.
• Provide proactive tax advice on business transactions, reorganizations, financing arrangements, and transfer pricing matters.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and stakeholder collaboration.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the Group.
• Support and coordinate cross‑functional tax projects and governance.
