Job summary

AXA Group Operations is seeking a Senior Tax Expert to shape the Group's tax strategy and lead high-impact projects. You will coordinate compliance, manage risks, and act as a trusted business partner to Finance and stakeholders across the Group.

You will advise on transactions, reorganizations, transfer pricing and tax audits, influencing senior management and guiding multi-country initiatives in a large multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive tax experience in a multinational context.
• Masters or equivalent in Tax, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tax compliance, risk management and audits.
• Advise on transactions, reorganizations and transfer pricing matters.
• Lead cross-functional tax projects and governance initiatives.
• Support tax knowledge development across Finance teams.
