Data4 Group seeks an European Transfer Pricing Analyst to ensure compliance and provide hands-on support on intercompany transactions across jurisdictions. You will report to the Head of Group Tax and collaborate with Controlling, Legal and European subsidiaries.

Your main mission is to guarantee that management fees are accurately calculated, documented, and compliant with local, European, and OECD rules. The role is hybrid: 4 days on site, 1 day at home.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in transfer pricing or corporate controlling.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory for reading and analyzing contracts.
• Strong understanding of cost modeling and OECD guidelines.
• Experience with ERP/ consolidation tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• European Tax Compliance: prepare local files, master files, ICAs and supporting analyses.
• Gather evidence to support benefit tests for intercompany services.
• Assist with cost allocation and intercompany billing using financial systems.
• Review intercompany agreements and intragroup loan contracts for compliance.
• Support audits and drive transfer pricing optimization initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and subsidiaries on strategic TP projects.
