Hager Group is seeking a Global Talent Management Process & Insights Lead (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract. You will coordinate talent management processes, drive data-led insights, and partner with HRBPs, GPOs and senior stakeholders to translate priorities into practical tools and governance.

You will own a TM topic end-to-end while contributing to the broader Talent Management cycle across performance, development, succession planning and learning priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in project or program management within HR
• Experience with Talent Management processes and international stakeholders
• Analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights
• Familiarity with HRIS, dashboards and reporting tools; SuccessFactors a plus

Responsabilités

• Coordinate global Talent Management processes, projects and data-driven insights
• Support TM cycle governance, including milestones, templates and guidance
• Track and analyse talent data to inform performance, development and succession planning
• Collaborate with HRBPs, GPOs and senior stakeholders to simplify and harden processes
• Provide change management support and practical enablement materials
