Hager Group is seeking a Functional Controller (m/f/d) for Marketing & Sales Controlling to support performance management in an international environment. Based in Obernai (France) or Blieskastel (Germany), you will partner with the Marketing & Sales leadership to deliver fact-based insights and drive cross-country performance.

You will coordinate reporting, forecasting and planning, challenge numbers with stakeholders, and consolidate insights from multiple markets to explain trends and guide

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Functional Controlling or Performance Management.
• Strong financial and accounting background with a business mindset.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recurring reporting, forecasting and planning for Marketing & Sales Controlling.
• Prepare management reviews and executive presentations.
• Consolidate insights from multiple markets to provide a holistic view.
• Challenge results with a broad business perspective using indicators and trends.
• Drive discussions with local controllers to understand drivers and trends.
• Coordinate ad-hoc analyses across countries and functions.
• Ensure consistency in KPIs and reporting methodologies.
