Sonepar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment strategy for its Paris Headquarters, aligning with business goals and attracting key candidates in a competitive market. You will own the full recruitment cycle, partner with leaders, and support digital transformation initiatives across Digital, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and IT.

In an international setting, you will build talent pipelines across geographies, collaborate with Hiring Managers, and drive process

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-growing, international environments.
• Ability to recruit rare and technical candidates.
• Fluent spoken and written English and French (C1).

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end hiring for Digital, Data, Engineering, IT and other Corporate teams.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and align with Hiring Managers.
• Partner with stakeholders to maintain high hiring standards and clear communication.
• Drive process improvements and lead TA projects such as candidate experience enhancements.
