Jobtailor is seeking an experienced executive search professional to join our talent intelligence practice in France. You will lead searches, screen senior candidates, and develop target landscapes across mandates, partnering with senior sponsors to drive deep-dive research.

You will collaborate with Heads of Talent Intelligence and maintain knowledge across sectors while thriving in early‑stage environments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in executive search, talent intelligence, or advisory sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with senior professionals.
• Experience running searches or research mandates end-to-end.
• Strong research and analytical instincts.
• Structured and rigorous, with the ability to manage multiple mandates.
• Energised by early‑stage environments.
• Fluent in English, French and other European languages a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Join mandate kick-offs alongside the Head of Talent Intelligence.
• Build a clear, prioritized target landscape.
• Screen and qualify candidates against selection criteria.
• Prepare progress updates for sponsor conversations.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of sectors covered by active mandates.
