Jobtailor in Île-de-France, Courbevoie, seeks an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end hiring for operational profiles. You will lead the process for about 100 hires per year in logistics and supply chain, write compelling postings, screen applicants and drive assessments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business School, Occupational Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally in logistics.
• Proven ability to recruit in transport, logistics/operations or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and headhunting methods.
• Expert use of ATS and sourcing tools.

Responsabilités

• Full management of the recruitment cycle for operational profiles.
• Lead recruitment for operational functions with ~100 hires per year.
• Write and optimize job postings aligned with employer brand.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess competencies.
• Advanced sourcing & talent hunting; direct search via LinkedIn.
• Define targeted sourcing strategies and use sourcing tools.
• Educate managers on market realities and recruitment timelines.
• Participate in hiring decisions and process improvements.
• Ensure a smooth, respectful candidate experience and promote employer image.
• Complete dashboards and report recruitment progress to HR and managers.
