Rise Technical is expanding its operations and looking for a Service Coordinator in Melun, France. You will be the central point of contact between customers and service engineers, ensuring efficient maintenance and breakdown interventions.

The role requires excellent planning and coordination, with responsibilities including scheduling engineer visits, managing customer requests, and preparing maintenance contracts. Candidates must be fluent in French and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience within planning, coordination, administration, scheduling, or customer service.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken).
• Confident communication with customers and engineers over the phone.
