The role requires excellent planning and coordination, with responsibilities including scheduling engineer visits, managing customer requests, and preparing maintenance contracts. Candidates must be fluent in French and possess strong communication skills.

This long-established industrial engineering business specialise in innovative steam generation solutions used throughout industries including food production, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and chemical processing. Operating worldwide with customers in over 60 countries, they are continuing to grow their French operation and are looking for a Service Coordinator to strengthen their after‑sales team.

In this role, you will coordinate service engineers, organise maintenance visits, manage customer requests, and respond to urgent breakdown situations. You will work closely with customers, technicians, and European headquarters to ensure all interventions are planned effectively and delivered to the highest standards.

Role

• Plan and coordinate service engineer schedules and customer appointments
