Job summary

EGYM Wellpass in Paris is seeking a Senior SEO/GEO Manager to own the end-to-end global SEO/GEO roadmap across markets, collaborating with Content, Brand and Performance Marketing to boost organic visibility and drive qualified traffic. You will oversee audits, define international strategy, and lead technical and content optimizations while partnering with regional teams.

A 4–5 year track record in global B2B SaaS SEO is preferred, with in-house experience valued.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of solid SEO/GEO experience, global B2B SaaS
• Experience building and executing end-to-end global SEO/GEO strategies
• Strong proficiency with Semrush, Hotjar and GA4 for analytics

Responsibilities

• Perform global SEO/GEO audits and design a clear strategy for international stakeholders.
• Execute technical and content optimizations across markets to boost organic traffic and rankings.
• Collaborate with Brand & Content teams to guide high-value blog/editorial content.
• Track performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to Growth.
