Job summary
EGYM Wellpass DE in Paris seeks a Senior SEO/GEO Manager to lead end-to-end global SEO/GEO strategy across markets including France, DACH, the US and the UK. You will own audits, roadmap development, and collaborate with Content, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams to raise organic visibility.
You will bring 4–5 years of global SEO/GEO experience, strong technical and content-direction skills, and proficiency with Semrush, Hotjar, and GA4.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years in global SEO/GEO for a B2B SaaS or multi-market company
- In-house SEO/GEO experience preferred over agency background
- Strong technical SEO and content roadmap execution across markets
- Proficient with Semrush (AI visibility & paid search insights) and analytics tools
- Ability to define ambitious targets and report to management
Responsibilities
- Lead global SEO/GEO strategy, audits, and roadmap for all markets
- Execute technical and content optimizations to boost organic traffic
- Collaborate with international Brand & Content teams to guide editorial work
- Track performance with Semrush, Hotjar, and GA4, and report insights
- Coordinate with regional teams to align on growth targets and initiatives
