Job summary

EGYM Wellpass, a global corporate wellness leader, seeks a Senior SEO/GEO Manager to drive the end-to-end global SEO/GEO roadmap across France, DACH, US, and UK markets. You will bridge Content, Brand, and Growth teams to improve organic visibility and traffic, guiding editorial content in collaboration with international teams.

The role requires 4–5 years of global SEO experience, strong analytics, and a strategic, execution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of solid SEO/GEO experience, global/B2B SaaS preferred.
• Proven track record building global SEO/GEO strategies from scratch.
• Experience with international content roadmap execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop global SEO/GEO roadmap for multiple markets.
• Perform global SEO/GEO audits and document a scalable strategy.
• Execute technical and content optimizations across markets to boost organic traffic.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Track performance with Semrush, Hotjar, and GA4 to drive growth.
