Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior SEO & GEO Manager for Doctolib B2B in France. You will own the organic search strategy, build a future-proof SEO foundation, and drive visibility and conversions across the funnel, including GEO optimization for AI-powered search landscapes.

You will collaborate with Analytics, Brand & Content, PR, and Commercial teams to improve traffic quality, conversions, and ROI of organic acquisition, with multi-market exposure and healthcare/B2B context.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SEO (in-house or consulting), with a track record of growing organic traffic and conversions for B2B.
Strong expertise in strategic and content SEO; able to audit, identify issues, and advise developers.
Deep knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, and brand authority development.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy for Doctolib B2B France across technical SEO, content optimization, and brand authority.
Own technical SEO fundamentals and ensure site performance, crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals.
Define and execute a robust content strategy aligned with SEO objectives; integrate AI-enhanced workflows for scalable content production.
Improve SEO/GEO tracking with the Analytics team; build dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with B2C SEO, B2B Germany SEO, Communications, CRM, and Paid Acquisition to align messaging and identify cross-channel opportunities.
