PayFit is seeking a Senior Organic Growth Expert to accelerate our global organic growth with a deep focus on SEO, GEO, and technical optimization. You will own strategy, drive cross‑functional projects with Content, Product Marketing, Tech and Data teams, and translate insights into measurable improvements.

You will work from Paris or remotely within France, enjoy flexible work arrangements, and contribute to building an inclusive, data‑driven growth engine for a leading SaaS payroll platform.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in SEO/GEO or organic growth.
• Strong technical SEO and GEO expertise with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive cross-functional projects.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop PayFit's global organic growth strategy (SEO/GEO).
• Lead content, GEO, and authority growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Drive technical SEO audits, site performance and internal linking improvements.
• Design AI-powered workflows to optimize content production and monitoring.
• Collaborate with CMS and product teams to accelerate growth experiments.
