Diabolocom is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to own organic growth across SEO and GEO on an international B2B tech platform. You will lead an SEO team, define where to invest across markets, content, technical SEO and AI search, and drive revenue through qualified demand.

You will oversee SEO strategy for a major website redesign and migration, ensuring localization goes beyond translation while aligning with business goals. The role blends leadership with hands-on optimization in a global setting.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of direct SEO experience in B2B technology or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the global SEO/GEO strategy, roadmap and KPIs with commercial accountability.
• Grow organic performance across multiple markets and languages, develop content and landing pages for high-intent conversions.
• Lead AI search and LLM visibility initiatives to support demand.
• Manage a two-person SEO team and collaborate with Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales.
• Lead website redesign and migration with SEO as a core requirement.
