Ipsen is seeking a Senior Manager - Content & Campaigns, Employee Communications to craft compelling internal stories and integrated campaigns that connect colleagues with Ipsen’s strategy and culture.

Reporting to the Head of Global Employee Communication, you will partner with Corporate Affairs, functions and regional teams (Paris, Boston, London) to deliver locally relevant, high-quality content across intranets, town halls, speeches and videos.

Qualificações

• Approximately 7 years of professional experience in content, marketing or PR.
• Proven success creating editorial content and integrated campaigns for employee or brand audiences.
• Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality editorial content for Ipsen’s internal channels, turning complex topics into engaging stories.
• Lead integrated employee engagement campaigns from concept through planning, tooling and activation.
• Develop stories with subject-matter experts, manage timelines and coordinate agencies and partners.
• Collaborate with Paris, Boston and London teams to ensure local relevance and consistent Ipsen tone.
• Drive content innovation and AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency and impact.
