Job summary

Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is seeking a Global Category Leader for Media Planning & Buying Services to define and deploy global and regional procurement strategies, ensuring effective marketing execution and value delivery across markets. You will build and lead an affiliate network, partner with Brand Teams, Digital and Medical Affairs, and drive strategic sourcing, negotiations, and governance.

Fluent English required; French language preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Procurement, with experience in Media & Communications Procurement.
• Global category leadership experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• English fluent; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define global and regional sourcing strategies for Media Services.
• Lead end-to-end category management and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure affiliate adoption and local relevance.
