Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is hiring a Senior Manager - Content & Campaigns, Employee Communications to craft compelling internal stories that translate complex medical and strategic topics into clear, human narratives.

You will lead integrated campaigns across global internal channels, collaborate with Paris, Boston and London hubs, and ensure a consistent Ipsen tone of voice while driving engagement and measuring impact.

Qualificações

• Approximately 7 years of professional experience in content, marketing, and public relations.
• Proven track record developing editorial content and integrated campaigns for employee audiences.
• Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills across channels.
• Ability to pitch and develop ideas with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and internal stakeholder management.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality editorial content for Ipsen’s global internal channels, translating complex topics into clear and engaging stories.
• Lead integrated employee engagement campaigns on business priorities and culture—from idea to channel planning, toolkits and activation.
• Coordinate contributors, agencies and production partners as required.
• Develop stories with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams to shape compelling angles and formats.
• Work with country and hub teams to enable activation and local relevance while maintaining a consistent tone and visual identity.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and share learnings to drive continuous improvement.
• Explore innovative formats and AI-enabled approaches to content creation.
