Ipsen Pharma (SAS) in Paris seeks a Senior Manager to develop compelling content and integrated employee engagement campaigns that convey Ipsen's strategy and culture. You will transform complex therapy-area topics into clear, human stories across internal channels, coordinating with global and local teams.

Reporting to the Head of Global Employee Communication, you will drive editorial quality, maintain Ipsen's voice, and measure impact to continuously improve engagement.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in content, marketing or PR at agency or in-house.
• Proven ability to create editorial content and integrated campaigns for employee or corporate audiences.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling; adapt tone for diverse channels.
• Strong ability to pitch ideas to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-quality editorial content for Ipsen's internal channels across intranet, leadership messages, events and speeches.
• Lead integrated employee engagement campaigns on priorities, culture and patient impact, managing from idea to channel mix.
• Develop stories with subject-matter experts and communications colleagues for a forward-looking editorial calendar.
• Collaborate with Paris, Boston and London teams to ensure local relevance and reuse content.
• Maintain Ipsen's tone of voice and visual identity across content with proper approval workflows.
• Use insights and feedback to evaluate impact and improve future campaigns.
• Drive content innovation with new formats and AI-enabled workflows.
