Manitou Group seeks a Supply Chain Performance Manager – Parts & Attachments to lead cross-functional improvements from procurement to transport. You will oversee a team of 6 experts plus 2 trainees and align processes with IT tools across global warehouses.

The role requires a Master’s in Supply Chain or Engineering and strong ERP/WMS/APS expertise, with fluent English and French in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering with 10+ years in distribution roles.
• Experience in team management, ideally with technicians/engineers, to drive motivation and performance.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP, WMS, APS and related supply chain tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead continuous improvement across procurement, planning, logistics, and transport.
• Manage a 6-person team plus two work-study trainees in CI and IT-aligned roles.
• Define and deploy supply chain standards across subsidiaries and central warehouses.
