Manitou Group in Ancenis is seeking a Supply Chain Performance Manager – Parts & Attachments to lead continuous improvement across warehouses and IT systems, delivering flawless service to customers worldwide. You will guide a small team, drive projects, and align processes with tools like ERP, WMS and APS to boost availability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Engineering with 10+ years in distribution/logistics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, APS and related supply chain tools.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of 6 experts in continuous improvement and IT system leads.
• Lead the logistics master plan across storage, distribution and transport.
• Identify drivers to improve overall supply chain performance and propose solutions.
• Lead projects to improve the spare parts supply chain with quality, cost and deadline targets.
• Define and deploy standards across subsidiaries on all Supply Chain aspects.
