LANDI Global is seeking a Project Management Officer (Global) to lead and coordinate strategic customer and internal projects across regions. You will work with regional teams, TAMs, R&D, Product Management and Engineering to drive execution, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and according to LANDI standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, PM, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience including planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and international projects.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools; Atlassian products Jira and Confluence preferred.
• Experience in payment/fintech/financial tech industries is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple global projects through full lifecycle for timely delivery.
• Follow LANDI's PM methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Establish, monitor, and report KPIs; define new metrics as needed.
• Support TAMs to capture hardware, software, security, and certification requirements.
• Identify dependencies across LANDI products and coordinate development or certification requests via Jira.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans across regional teams, R&D, PM, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks/issues/dependencies, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Prepare regular status updates and dashboards using Jira, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
• Continuously improve PM processes, templates, and governance.
