NTT DATA Europe & Latam is seeking a Quality Engineering Director to lead growth, transformation, and delivery of strategic quality engagements across European markets. You will own portfolio P&L, client success, and onboarding of AI-enabled quality services to accelerate value delivery.

You will shape global delivery strategy, manage onshore, nearshore and offshore teams, drive AI adoption, and ensure governance, SLAs, and measurable business outcomes while building lasting executive

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent in a related engineering discipline
15+ years of experience in IT services or consulting with leadership in Quality Engineering
Proven experience delivering large-scale Quality Engineering engagements across multiple countries
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with AI-enabled quality transformation and GenAI capabilities

Responsabilités

Define and drive global delivery strategy for large-scale Quality Engineering managed services
Lead multidisciplinary, globally distributed delivery teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore
Develop and evolve AI-enabled Quality Engineering offerings and delivery models
Own the complete engagement lifecycle from business development to delivery success
Manage governance, SLAs, KPIs, and client ROI for strategic accounts
Foster executive relationships with C-level stakeholders and drive retention and growth
