Grove Talent is seeking an experienced AI Engineering Lead to partner with CTOs, R&D leaders and engineering teams across Europe to accelerate AI adoption and improve development practices.

You will embed AI across the SDLC, introduce coding agents and developer workflows, advise on governance, security and responsible adoption, and help transform portfolio-scale engineering strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience introducing AI-assisted engineering practices into production teams
• Knowledge of modern architecture, cloud platforms and engineering best practices
• Hands-on experience with AI developer tooling, coding agents and LLM-powered workflows
• The ability to influence senior technical stakeholders and lead organisational change

Responsabilités

• Partner with CTOs, R&D leaders and engineering teams to accelerate AI adoption
• Help teams embed AI across the SDLC—from planning and development to testing, deployment and operations
• Introduce modern AI engineering practices, coding agents and developer workflows
• Improve engineering productivity, software quality and delivery performance
• Advise on AI governance, security and responsible adoption
• Assess engineering maturity and identify high-impact transformation opportunities
• Share best practices across a portfolio of software businesses
• Work hands-on with teams to turn strategy into practical outcomes
