Leach International Europe seeks a leader to build and drive the AI transformation and industrialization roadmap at the heart of the organization. You will design, structure, and deploy an ambitious AI program with direct impact on manufacturing sites and teams.

You will collaborate with IT, Business Solutions Group and AI Ambassadors to deploy AI, data, and digital initiatives across ERP, MES, PLM, and factory environments. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering/CS/AI/Data Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience leading Data, Digital Transformation, Industrial IT, or Operational Excellence projects.
• Proven experience in demanding industrial environments; Aerospace/Defense/Automotive/Energy are desirable.
• Solid expertise in AI/ML, Data Analytics and Data Engineering, Industrial Digital Transformation, Automation technologies, Systems integration and data architecture.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall (V-Model); cross-functional leadership, risk management, budgeting and planning.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI Transformation from Strategy to Execution across business functions.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and govern AI/Data initiatives with KPIs and prioritization.
• Manage end-to-end AI projects: scope, requirements, budgets, timelines, and deployment at scale.
• Design integration architectures connecting AI to ERP/MES/PLM, IT apps, and industrial data platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, OT, Procurement, Finance and leadership.
• Drive digital transformation through change management, user training, and communication of complex AI concepts.
