CEVA Logistics is seeking a Transformation Expert – A&O competitiveness to join the Global PMO in Paris. You will work with senior leadership to manage strategic and transformation projects for Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding, reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer.

The role focuses on defining performance levers, coordinating programs, and embedding change across local organizations. We value deep transformation experience and fluency in English, with travel to Marseille as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 10+ years experience in transformation / project management.
• Proven experience leading transformation projects and managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication in English (oral and written).
• Strong autonomy, ownership, drive and agility.
• Ability to quickly grasp logistics topics.

Responsabilités

• Prepare strategic decisions and communicate them with senior leadership.
• Define performance levers and governance for end-to-end transformations.
• Coordinate transformation projects across the organization.
• Support product leadership with insights, benchmarking and market research.
• Embed change and drive implementation across local CEVA A&O teams.
