CEVA Logistics in Paris (La Défense) seeks a Transformation Expert to partner with senior leadership, drive strategic and transformation projects for Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding, and report to the Chief Transformation Officer.

You will lead strategic decision processes, identify performance levers, coordinate programs across functions, support integration of acquired companies, and embed change across local teams for the OneCEVA initiative.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in transformation, project management, or internal control.
• Proven experience leading transformation projects and managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to deliver compelling presentations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare strategic decisions on company orientations and governance structures.
• Define performance levers and end-to-end tools/process improvements.
• Coordinate transformation projects and integration of acquired companies.
• Embed change and transformation within local organizations and communicate directions to leadership.
