CEVA Logistics seeks a Procurement Transformation Expert to drive the Target Operating Model for Inland Services Procurement and to lead the implementation of transformation tools and processes across regions. You will monitor KPI production, provide data-driven insights, and collaborate with IT, Finance, and procurement stakeholders to align priorities and deliver cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, procurement, engineering or related field.
• Experience in procurement transformation, project management, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong data analytics, KPI tracking, and proficiency with Excel/Power BI/SQL.
• Experience with procurement tools and Inland Services procurement (Road, Rail, Barge).
• Familiarity with change management and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement the Target Operating Model (TOM) for Inland Services Procurement.
• Implement transformation tools and processes aligned with group standards.
• Monitor KPI reporting across regional teams with timely, actionable insights.
• Contribute to group-wide procurement tools development from requirements to deployment.
• Lead change management activities and training to ensure adoption.
• Provide data analytics to support strategic decisions, including spend and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with transformation, IT, Finance, and procurement stakeholders to align priorities.
