Job summary

Envu France is seeking a Senior Global Planning Leader to design, standardize and govern Envu's planning processes across regions. You will coordinate shared manufacturing services and critical inputs to reduce inventory and improve service levels as the company prepares for growth.

Lead cross‑functional teams, drive forecasting excellence, and institutionalize collaboration across commercial and supply functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain or Operations Management) required.
• Proven track record in global/regional supply chain and operations in manufacturing.
• Experience leading regional/global teams in multicultural environments.
• Strong cross-functional project experience.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and networking skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce global standards, templates and planning processes across regions.
• Establish planning governance: cadence, KPIs and escalation paths.
• Lead performance management of the global planning function, prioritizing inventory reduction and service.
• Drive best-in-class forecasting and planning, and institutionalize collaboration for better forecasting and service.
• Oversee maturity of the planning system rollout and drive digitalization and data reporting.
• Act as global planning owner for shared manufacturing and AI sourcing coordination, ensuring cross-regional alignment on product supply.
• Support demand alignment, allocation planning and supply continuity for strategic ingredients, with one integrated view of supply chain risk and needs.
• Build capability across planning teams through mentoring and best practices; provide clarity and leadership across matrixed, globally dispersed teams
