Kenvue Inc. in Val-de-Reuil, Normandy, France is seeking a Materials Planning Associate Manager to lead materials planning activities and ensure supply continuity across planning, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), fluent English (French is a strong plus), and 5+ years in MSM, supply planning, or related areas. Experience with MRP systems such as SAP and strong analytical/presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one bachelor’s degree required; business, engineering, science, or technical fields preferred.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interface with suppliers on materials topics across planning, sourcing, deliver, manufacturing sites, R&D, marketing, engineering, quality, regulatory and finance.
• Define and drive materials planning strategy including inventory targets, supplier models and contingency plans.
• Ensure long-term materials availability and address supply gaps.
• Lead crisis management and material allocation as needed and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Develop supplier performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
