Hightekers Group is seeking a Payroll Operations Specialist to manage monthly payroll for 350+ employees across five entities, ensuring accuracy and local compliance in France. Remote options from France or Spain and hybrid from Paris or Barcelona are available; fluent English and French are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in payroll production and statutory compliance.
• Experience with URSSAF and DSN submissions.
• Proficiency with local payroll platforms and HRIS integration.
• Strong data accuracy and process controls in regulated environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, law or related field; advanced payroll certification preferred.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch a plus.

• Manage monthly payroll cycle for 350+ employees across 5 entities.
• Serve as main contact for payslips, deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Handle statutory submissions and payroll reporting with Finance.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
