Job summary

Sunstice seeks a seasoned Partner Enablement Lead to design and scale a Partner Success & Enablement function within Professional Services. You will build the system that enables partners to deliver independently while protecting quality for customers.

Travel across Europe and Asia-Pacific is expected. You will report to the VP Professional Services and progressively assemble a 5–7 person international team across Partner Success and Learning, defining engagement, certification and quality

Qualifications

• Built or significantly transformed a partner program.
• Built a function, operating model or team from the ground up.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Willing to travel across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Build the partner program: define engagement modes, partner levels, certification requirements and access to projects.
• Own delivery quality: set standards, first-project rules, customer satisfaction metrics, quality gates, re-certification rules and escalation paths.
• Make enablement scalable: package enablement by partner maturity and transition from free to paid certification.
• Build and lead the team: recruit Partner Success Managers, a Learning Architect and Learning Consultants, and set operating standards for regional teams.
• Protect autonomy without taking delivery back: create a system that makes quality measurable, enforceable and scalable.
