Job summary

You will oversee quarterly reports, KPI delivery, and productivity initiatives across global sites, balancing headcount and financial goals with compliance and safety standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams worldwide to define outcomes, milestones, and resource needs, ensuring timely project completion and strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• People management experience, field operational knowledge, understanding of the service business, and knowledge of key financial fundamentals preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly disciplined and responsive.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple global projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership within the team and functional areas that deliver strategic focus to the AGS FSO.
• Maintains responsibility for development, quality, and delivery of quarterly operational reports and performance insights.
• Drives implementation of operational objectives by FSO leaders to meet KPIs and productivity goals.
• Manages headcount within the FSO team, including Customer Engineers and Site Operations staff.
• Ensures compliance with policies, cost controls, and safety standards; supports cross‑functional collaboration.
