Job summary

Adisseo seeks an Operations Manager to lead global operations, spanning Safety, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality. You will guide a team of ~100 indirect reports, translating strategy into actionable plans and driving innovation in capital and operating expenditure while reducing environmental impact.

You will foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders, improve OTIF delivery, manage risks, and contribute to corporate strategy and decision-making at the SBU Operations level.

Qualifications

• High-level leadership in the industrial sector with a proven track record in business planning, performance management and project execution.
• Experience translating strategic goals into operational plans and leading change programs.
• Collaborative work experience and effective partnership building.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global operations, including Safety, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and projects.
• Oversee a team of approximately 100 indirect reports and drive OTIF delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement industrial strategies, capex/opex optimization and environmental initiatives.
• Manage risk, training, and development, while aligning with corporate goals.
• Support M&A activities and monitor performance metrics to drive improvements.
