Job summary

Soitec is seeking a Global Field Operations & Continuous Improvement Lead to connect Quality, Product, IT and Field Engineering teams worldwide. You will own field project tracking, drive quality initiatives, and lead continuous process improvements with hands-on cross-functional exposure.

The role involves coordinating field engineers, deploying new product releases, and delivering training and tooling improvements across global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of engineering support, project coordination, or technical operations.
Excellent written and oral English; ability to communicate across global teams.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities with attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with passion for process optimization and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations, project schedules, and resource allocations for field engineers globally.
Serve as central liaison between field engineers, QA, product, and sales for smooth communication and swift issue resolution.
Maintain project docs, progress reports, and real-time deployment dashboards.
Monitor KPIs and metrics to drive project success.
Provide first-line operational and technical guidance to field personnel for on-site challenges.
