Adisseo France S.A.S. seeks an Operations Manager to lead global operations across Safety, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Industrial projects, directing a ~100-person team.

You will translate corporate strategy into capacity planning, drive actionable improvements, and oversee capital and operating expenditures to optimize performance and sustainability. You will collaborate with suppliers, tollers, and internal functions to maintain high service levels, ensure OTIF delivery, and

Qualifications

• Track record in industrial sector with business planning and project execution.
• Experience translating strategic goals into operational plans.
• Collaborative work experience and partnership building.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of industry legal rules and diverse business functions (supply chain, manufacturing, project management, finance).
• Understanding of customer needs and operation.
• Fluency in English; French and Spanish are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Foster a culture of safety and sustainable development in daily operations and projects.
• Translate corporate strategy into strategic planning for capacities and capabilities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and tollers to generate savings and drive innovation; oversee SIOP, OTIF delivery, and customer claims.
• Drive industrial projects and optimize capex/opex and environmental footprint.
• Develop controls to identify and manage operational risks; engage and develop the team.
• Gather and analyze data to measure performance and drive improvement; support M&A as needed.
