Applied Materials Europe is seeking a Productivity & Gross Margin Regional Program Owner to lead regional Field Service Organization initiatives across Europe. You will own the regional opportunity portfolio, translate performance gaps into executable projects, and drive productivity and gross margin improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role reports to regional operations leadership and requires collaboration with Finance, Analytics and COE teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional programs in a matrix organization.
• Ability to translate performance gaps into actionable initiatives with clear owners and milestones.
• Strong business-case development and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the regional opportunity portfolio and drive regional productivity and gross margin improvements.
• Develop and maintain the portfolio roadmap with business cases, priorities and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional execution from identification through deployment and benefit realization.
