Job summary

Soitec seeks a results-driven Global Field Operations & Continuous Improvement Lead to join our international Field Application Engineering team. You will own field project tracking, drive quality initiatives, and push continuous process improvements across global operations.

You will connect Quality, Product, IT, and Field Engineering to resolve issues, deploy new product releases, and standardize technical protocols.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering required.
3-5 years in engineering support, project coordination, or technical operations.
Excellent written and verbal English; clear communication across global teams.
Strong multi-tasking and project-tracking abilities with attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with passion for process optimization and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities, project schedules, and resources for field engineers globally.
Serve as central liaison between FAE, QA, product, and sales for fast issue resolution.
Maintain project docs, progress reports, and deployment dashboards; monitor KPIs.
Provide first-line operational guidance to field personnel and support global product releases and IT tooling improvements.
