Mistral AI is seeking an Onboarding Specialist on the People Operations team to shape the experience for every new joiner worldwide. You will ensure new team members feel prepared and welcomed from offer acceptance through their first weeks and beyond.

Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace, you will design onboarding journeys across regions, organize sessions, and drive improvements with data. This role offers impact, growth, and a chance to scale our processes as we grow.

• Measure onboarding effectiveness and use data to improve programs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive scalable solutions.
• Manage travel, transportation, and accommodation logistics for new joiners needing support.

Your work will ensure new team members feel prepared and welcomed from the moment they accept an offer, through their first weeks and beyond. You will partner closely with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, IT, and Workplace to ensure each onboarding is seamless, consistent, and tailored to local needs. What You Will Do

• Design and manage the onboarding journey for new hires across multiple regions
